Quartsemble, an innovative chamber music ensemble based in Rochester, will perform as part of Keuka College’s Spotlight Series Thursday, April 10.
Free and open to the public, the concert begins at 7 p.m. in Norton Chapel.
Founded in 2002 by Karine Stone (violin) and Diego Garcia (cello), Quartsemble is dedicated to performing classical masterpieces side-by-side with Latin music and more contemporary repertoire, in both traditional and more unexpected settings. In addition to Stone and Garcia, the group includes David Leung (guest violinist), Mark Anderson (violist) and Eric J. Polenik (guess bassist).
